We cannot cancel or edit orders once they are placed.
How do I track my order?
Please use the tracking info provided in your shipping confirmation email.
When will my order ship?

Lost Packages
Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Perpetual is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.
